To complete your registration, you have the option of either mailing all forms, or emailing the registration form (Form A) in addition to mailing the payment form and Forms B, C and D (Waiver form, Health form and Media Release form).

All forms and payment need to be postmarked by December 26th to avoid late fees. Late registration closes January 14th.
